Madras ENT Research Foundation (P) Ltd Completes more than 1200 Implants under Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme (TNCMCHIS) since the year 2013 and 40 auditory brain stem implants under the scheme since the year 2017.

Madras ENT Research Foundation is one of the star performers in TNCMCHIS and even today it is the only center where auditory brain stem implants are performed under TNCMCHIS.

Eligibility criteria for undergoing Cochlear Implant and auditory brain stem implant under Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme
• Children < 6yrs age who are profoundly deaf
• Children below poverty line
